The mixing station is equipped with a pool that can store 20t of water, and a backup water tank that can store 20t of water. Before production, the tank and water tank of the batching plant are filled up, and water is continuously added to the tank and water tank during the construction process.
3. Emergency plan for starting the backup power supply in the event of a sudden power outage during construction
(1) If there is a sudden power failure during construction, the person in charge of the relevant work shift should immediately contact the production dispatcher or the on-site electrician on duty, and the electrician on duty should rush to the transformation and distribution room as soon as possible to find out the cause of the power outage and distinguish whether it is an external power grid outage or a power distribution facility. Failure, such as external power outage, is scheduled by production scheduling to enable backup power within 15 minutes.

(3) Before starting the backup power supply, the electrician must first cut off the main isolation switch in the main power distribution cabinet, and the generator driver should check again whether all parts of the generator set are normal. After the generator driver and electrician check that the parameters of each part are normal and the conditions for power transmission are available, the electrician will perform the switching operation to supply power to the mixing station.
(4) In order to ensure the normal and reliable operation of the standby power supply at any time, the equipment department has formulated a relevant standby power supply management system, implemented a strict management system for the generator set, and requires the custodial driver to perform maintenance once a week to keep abreast of the generator operation. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, it should be eliminated in time, and it will never be operated with illness. In addition, before the batching plant is charged every day, the custodial driver should start the generator 1 hour in advance and run for 15 minutes to confirm whether the generator is normal.
(5) According to the maintenance and repair of generator sets and concrete mixing stations every month, the electromechanical room should make a purchase plan for various accessories every quarter to ensure the reserve of wearing parts.
4. Emergency plan for starting backup equipment in case of sudden failure of key construction equipment
