(2) The water consumption per square of concrete is about 140kg. If the two production lines are running at the same time, the normal production volume is about 126m3/h, and the water consumption per hour is about 17.6t. (1) If there is a sudden power outage during normal production, the person in charge of the shift should immediately contact the production dispatcher or the on-site electrician on duty, and the electrician on duty should rush to the power transformation and distribution room as soon as possible to find out the cause of the outage (at the same time, the electromechanical shift should arrange for the generator driver to be in place, Make preparations before power generation), distinguish whether the external power grid is out of power or the power distribution facilities are faulty.
(2) The standby power supply in the station is 2 diesel generators with an installed power of 200KW, which will start the power supply for the concrete mixing station in the event of a power failure. In order to ensure production, the office and living areas are generally not temporarily powered.
(3) Before starting the backup power supply, the electrician must first cut off the main isolation switch in the main power distribution cabinet, and the generator driver should check again whether all parts of the generator set are normal. After the generator driver and electrician check that the parameters of each part are normal and the conditions for power transmission are met, the electrician will perform the switching operation to send the power out.
(4) In order to ensure the normal and reliable operation of the standby power supply at any time, the equipment department has formulated a relevant standby power supply management system, implemented a strict management system for the generator set, and requires the custodial driver to perform a walk-in maintenance once a week to keep abreast of the power generation. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, it will be eliminated in time, and it will never run with illness; in addition, the driver should start the generator 1 hour in advance and run for 15 minutes before filling the bridge every day to confirm whether the generator is normal.
(5) The electromechanical team should make a monthly purchase plan for various accessories according to the maintenance and repair of the generator set and concrete mixing station every month to ensure the storage of wearing parts.
